There comes a time in our lives where we sell the business, change careers, or just don't find what we want in a certain group. That's okay, and why it's easy to leave this program.
While very few quit due to dissatisfaction in the materials (but instead it's not the right time for their business to be involved), you can use these instructions to suspend your membership if you choose. Here's how you can leave our program for any reason:
Unless you request it, your information will not be removed from our system for 6 to 12 months. This means you can reactivate your subscription anytime by logging into the members console.
You can use these procedures to change your credit card information, however, you may invalidate your fixed rate, so it's better to add the new card first by editing your user profile.
Remember, all long as your subscription is current your membership rate is locked in FOREVER. It will never increase for any reason, however, if you cancel your membership you'll have to rejoin at the going market rate which might be much higher than you've had in the past.
Because of the nature of this program we do not offer refunds for previous months received, however, if you cancel before the 10th of any month, at your request we'll refund that months membership. If at anytime you don't receive the results you expect, let us know, we'll do everything to make it right for you.
If you EVER have any issues, please contact customer service, it's our duty to make it right for you. And we can only do that if we here from you.
